Morrison Hershfield Quality Assurance Program (MHQAP) endeavors to attain a high degree of objectivity in rendering and maintaining unbiased services.  To ensure impartiality is maintained, MHQAP has implemented policies and procedures to analyze, measure monitor and document potential conflicts of interest that may emerge from our activities. All activities are also reviewed for improvement on a continual basis.

MHQAP management team has appointed a Scheme Committee for the Spray Polyurethane Foam (SPF) Installer Certification to ensure that related services remain impartial and consistently objective. the Scheme Committee includes a balanced representation of stakeholders in the SPF industry. The certification scheme committee is responsible for the development and maintenance of the certification scheme. This includes providing input and insight into the certification scheme, types of examination processes and procedures regarding certification, re certification, surveillance activities and other related matters.
